Today shall be quite interesting. Last post was lacking in substance. So... this post will include a bit more. To begin, I have been reading the book "The Last Days of Jesus" by Bill O'Reilly, and so far it is a great book. I am a born again christen and I really love to let people know that. This book have me a good opportunity to really look at the life of Jesus from a factual and very thorough standpoint. I will propose a question at the end, in order to encourage discussion in the comments. So far in the book. Jesus is only 12 years old and, as his parents left Jerusalem, Jesus was so curious about the Jewish faith that he stayed in the temple and didn't stay with his parents, not out of disobedience but out of pure curiosity for his faith.
Jesus was lost in knowledge. He stayed in the temple for three days before his parents, Mary and Joseph, returned, in panic, to try to find him. I know that I have had a less extreme but similar experience. When I was very young, like maybe 7 years old, I left my dad's side in Downtown Disney. I panicked even though my dad was on the other side of a kiosk. If I were in Jesus' position, I would be freaked out because of the fact that my parents weren't around me or by my side.
I would like to conclude with a question... Let's say that you (the reader) were ever to come across a little child that was lost in a store, with no parent/guardian to be found. To what extent would you devote yourself to help this child that you just met for the first time? (please answer in the comments below). That's it for today. Thanks for reading my blog. Bye Bye! Have a great day! See you next time!
